Vikram Solar IPO Opens Tomorrow: Vikram Solar, a leading manufacturer of solar panels that also maintains solar power plants, has announced the launch of its Initial Public Offering (IPO). The company is selling shares worth Rs 2,079.37 crore. The sale includes a fresh issue of shares worth Rs 1,500 crore and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of existing shares worth Rs 579.37 crore. The company plans to offer its common stock with a price band of Rs 315 to Rs 332 per share.

Vikram Solar IPO GMP
Vikram Solar shares are reportedly trading at a premium of Rs 63 in the grey market today. According to market observer InvestorGain, the Vikram Solar IPO GMP was Rs 62 at 10.58 AM today, August 18.

Vikram Solar IPO: Opening And Closing Dates
The tentative dates for the IPO are as follows: It is set to open for subscription on August 19, 2025, and will close on August 21, 2025. The final allotment of shares is scheduled for August 22, 2025. The shares will be available for trading on the BSE and NSE starting from August 26, 2025.

Vikram Solar IPO: Price Band, Other Details
The issue price range is Rs 315 to Rs 332 per share. The minimum lot size for retail investors is 45 shares, which would cost approximately Rs 14,175. For larger investors, the minimum purchase amounts are Rs 2,09,160 for small non-institutional investors (s-NIIs) and Rs 10,00,980 for big non-institutional investors (b-NIIs).

JM Financial and Nuvama Wealth Management are the lead managers for the sale, while MUFG Intime India is the official registrar for the IPO.
