Currently, SBI is offering home loans at the rate of 8.40 percent per annum with a low processing fee of 0.17 percent. SBI is giving a discount of 65 basis points i.e. 0.65 percent on home loans. This discount is available as regular home loan, flexipay, NRI. customers can avail discount till 31 December 2023.

Indian Bank is offering home loans at interest rates of 8.50 to 9.90 percent. The processing charge on this is 0.23 percent of the amount.

ICICI Bank home loan rates

ICICI Bank, a key private sector bank that provides home loans to its customers. The home loan interest rate for those whose CIBIL score is 750-800 is 9 percent.
