Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) Flats: Home buyers have been drawn to Greater Noida and its surrounding areas like Yamuna Development Authority (YEIDA) since the construction of the Jewar Airport began. Luxury flats can be purchased via a bidding process if you wish to have your dream house in Greater Noida. The price range for these apartments is between Rs 22 and 45 lakhs. These flats are being built by the Yamuna Development Authority (YEIDA) near the Jewar Airport, and reservations for these apartments have commenced; home buyers have until March 2025 to reserve their apartments.

When did the booking procedure begin?

Yamuna authority began accepting reservations for the sale of 1BHK and 2BHK flats on September 19th. Investors willing to bid on the flats can do so until March 31st, 2025. All flats will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. In addition, just 10% of the total amount must be paid with the offer. Applicants will be able to select their preferred apartment in the plan and reserve it.

Flats of every kind are available for purchase

In Sector 22D, the Yamuna authority has constructed 29.76 square meters of 1BHK, 54.75 square meters of 1BHK four-storey, and 99.86 square meters of 2BHK 16-storey flats. The majority of the apartments have already been allocated. However, there are still 1239 flats remaining, and applications are being sought for them. YEIDA has set the price range from Rs 23.37 lakh to Rs 45.90 lakh.

Any interested applicant can apply by visiting the official website of Yamuna Vikas Pradhikaran. Keep in mind that the allocation will be on a first-come, first-served basis. The longer you wait, the lower your chances of obtaining the flats.
