Bangladesh vs Afghanistan T20 Series: After an unsuccessful Asia Cup 2025, Bangladesh and Afghanistan will be up against each other in a three-match T20 series starting on October 2 (Thursday). All matches will be played at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium in the UAE. Earlier, Bangladesh lost to the hosts, the UAE, by 2-1 in May, including a T20I against Afghanistan in 2022 at the venue.
Notably, both teams will play each other in a 3-match ODI series just after the T20I series. All the ODIs will be played at the Sheikh Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi.
On the other hand, Afghanistan had an underwhelming Asia Cup as they even failed to qualify for the Super Four from their group. It will be interesting to see if the Rashid Khan-led side will be able to amend their mistakes.
