The cricket fraternity took to the internet to extend their warm wishes for a Happy Dussehra (Vijayadasami) on October 24. The cricketing legend Sachin Tendulkar was captured in a private moment at his home temple, receiving blessings from his mother. Alongside the heartwarming image, Sachin shared a message brimming with well wishes for his fans.

"Just as the ball sails over the boundary, may the triumph of good over evil clear all the hurdles in your life. Keep batting for the right cause. Stay blessed," the veteran star expressed.

Meanwhile, Gautam Gambhir conveyed his wishes by sharing an image of Ravan. Dussehra, according to the Hindu calendar, commemorates the victory of Lord Ram over the malevolent king Ravana. It's a day when people across the country celebrate this triumph by burning towering effigies of the demon king Ravana, symbolising the victory of good over evil.

Pant, known for his explosive batting and agile wicket-keeping skills, recently graced the holy town of Kedarnath recently. The cricketer, accompanied by Khanpur MLA Umesh Kumar and a close friend shared the video of a memorable visit to the sacred Kedarnath temple nestled in the Himalayas.

Rishabh Pant, who has captured the hearts of cricket enthusiasts worldwide, is on a remarkable path to recovery after a challenging chapter in his life. In December 2022, he was involved in a severe road accident that kept him away from competitive cricket throughout 2023.

Before this spiritual journey to Kedarnath, Pant made a significant visit to the revered Badrinath Dham, an event that drew devoted fans and well-wishers.
