On Friday, former Pakistan cricket captain Shoaib Malik made headlines with his third marriage to actress Sana Javed, garnering attention on his Instagram. However, this public announcement did not sit well with fans, considering Malik's recent divorce from Indian tennis star Sania Mirza.

Returning to cricketing duties in the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Malik broke a record by becoming the first Asian player to reach the milestone of scoring 13,000 runs in T20s. He achieved this during a match between Fortune Barishal and Rangpur Riders in Dhaka, putting Malik in an elite list alongside West Indies legend Chris Gayle.

But after the success of the last match, Malik's on-field performance took an unexpected turn during a BPL clash against Khulna Tigers. Bowling in the powerplay, Malik bowled three no-balls in a single over, conceding 18 runs to the amusement of many fans who were left scratching their heads for answers. The bizarre act also left his teammates and captain, Tamim Iqbal, visibly disappointed.

The triple no-ball over triggered massive trolling on social media, with many connecting the on-field blunder to Malik's recent marriage. Rumors had been circulating regarding the strained relationship between Malik and Sania, who rarely appeared together in recent years.

Sania, known for keeping her personal life private, acknowledged the need to share the news with the public. The statement expressed her well wishes for Shoaib's new journey ahead. Despite retiring from Test and ODI formats, Malik continues to play in T20s, making himself available for selection in the upcoming T20 World Cup in 2024.
