Babar Azam, Rizwan slip; Duffy excels in T20I rankings amid NZ's dominance over Pakistan

New Zealand's star bowler Jacob Duffy has become the No.1 T20I bowler. It is a huge milestone for the Kiwi fast bowler on the back of his brilliant performance against Pakistan. At the same time, Pakistan's star batter Babar Azam has slipped in the batters' rankings.

New Zealand is currently facing Pakistan in a three-match ODI series and has so far remained unbeaten. The visitors lost the three-match T20I series by 4-1 and New Zealand also took an unassailable lead of 2-0 in the ongoing ODI series.

At the same time, the Mohammed Rizwan-led side was being dominated by all three departments. But Jacob Duffy gave them the hard time the most and that's what helped him rise in the ICC rankings.
