India vs Australia ODI: Indian talismanic batter Virat Kohli's underwhelming return to international cricket turned into a horror as he fell for a four-ball duck in the ongoing 2nd ODI between India and Australia at the Adelaide Oval. Notably, this is Kohli's second duck in this series so far, as he scored an eight-ball duck at the Optus Stadium in Perth.

Australian seamer Xavier Bartlett got the better of Kohli as he struck him in front of the wickets. Notably, Bartlett took advantage of the seam in the surface as Kohli got caught on the crease.

However, Kohli, on his way back to the pavilion, experienced applause from the Adelaide Oval. As soon as the video dropped on social media, it went viral instantly. Check out the video here:

Many deemed the gesture from Kohli as a recognition of his final knock at the iconic ground where he has been the best-performing batter, who is not from Australia.

Australia captain Mitchell Marsh won the toss and elected to bowl first against India in the second ODI here on Thursday.

India are unchanged, while Australia made two changes, bringing in Alex Carey for Josh Philippe and Xavier Bartlett in place of Nathan Ellis.
