India vs Bangladesh 2nd Test, Day 1: After conquering visitors by 280 runs in the Chennai opener, Rohit Sharma's team sets its eyes on a series sweep as they face Bangladesh in the second Test on Friday at Kanpur's Green Park.

However, the Kanpur weather forecast hints at possible disruptions, with rain looming as a threat to Day 1's play.

According to the AccuWeather app, thunderstorms and drizzle are predicted on Day 1 of the match, which could cause interruptions.

As per Accuweather.com, there is a 93% chance of rainfall with 99% cloud cover on Day 1. There is an 80% chance of rain on the second day.

Meanwhile, India carries momentum into the Test, fresh from a dominant victory in Chennai. Initially, Bangladesh had India reeling at 192-6, but a spirited recovery was spearheaded by star all-rounder Ravichandran Ashwin's century and Ravindra Jadeja's valuable 86. Shubman Gill and Rishabh Pant then sealed India's command with impressive hundreds in the second innings.
