IND vs NZ, 3rd Test: India's star all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja has joined an elite list and has leveled Abdul Qadir's record of taking the most five-fors by a spinner at home in the longest format. On Friday, he dismantled New Zealand's batting lineup with his precision in the third and last Test match in Mumbai.

Jadeja registered figures of 22-1-65-5. Due to his fiery spell, the Rohit Sharma-led side bundled Kiwis out for 235 runs in 65.4 overs. Jadeja is currently lying at the eighth position in the list of taking most five-wicket hauls with Qadir, who took 168 wickets after playing in 40 Test matches from 1977 to 1990.

Both Jadeja and Qadir share 12 five-fors in the Test series at home. Sri Lanka's Muttiah Muralidharan has the record for most five-fors after taking 493 wickets and 45 five-fors after playing in 73 Test matches. Ravi Ashwin, Rangana Herath, Anil Kumble, Harbhajan Singh, Shane Warne, and Shakib Al Hasan are also a part of this list.
