IND-A vs SL-A Women's Rising Stars Asia Cup 2026: India A captain Radha Yadav had put up a brilliant all-round performance and helped the team qualify for the summit clash of the ongoing tournament as India A had defeated Sri Lanka A by five wickets in Bangkok on Friday. Sri Lanka A won the toss and chose to bat first, but this decision didn't work in their favour.

Radha spearheaded India A's bowling attack and helped the team skittle them out for just 118 runs. She had registered match-winning figures of 4/19.

Left-arm spinner Tanuja Kanwar and leg-spinner Prema Rawat assisted her well. Sanjana Kavindi was the pick among the Sri Lankan batters as she had scored a gritty knock of 31 runs off 35 balls.

Sri Lanka A were 71/2 after 10 overs but were seen struggling against the Indian spinners as eight batters were dismissed and just 47 runs were scored in the next nine overs. Kavindi and opener Hansima Karunaratne did help the team bounce back by stitching a 36-run partnership.

The Radha Yadav-led side didn't suffer many blows while chasing, even though they were reeling at 21/3 at one point. Vrinda Dinesh was India A's highest run-scorer as she had scored 42 runs.

Radha also scored a brilliant knock of 31 runs off 18 balls, in which she had hit seven fours and helped the team chase the target in 13 overs. India will either lock horns with arch-rivals Pakistan or Bangladesh during the summit clash.
