IND vs AUS 3rd Test: Australia's star batter Steve Smith was involved in an unusual dressing room activity on the first day of the third Test match in Brisbane. The match was initially interrupted by rain and Smith was spotted solving a crossword in the dressing room. And just when the cameramen had put all the focus on him, it looked like he was in some deep thought and the commentators mentioned that he was involved in solving a crossword. The fans were left in awe as they wanted to know what Smith was up to and the pictures of him went viral on social media.
Ravindra Jadeja and R Ashwin were included in the playing XI as Rohit Sharma won the toss and chose to bowl first during the third Test of the five-match series under overcast conditions.
The Border-Gavaskar Trophy series is currently leveled at 1-1.

"A little bit overcast. A bit of grass and looks soft, so want to make the best of the conditions. We want to try to make the best use of the conditions and see what we can do with the ball up-front. Lot of cricket to be played, both teams have played good cricket in the last two games. Big game for us here, we will try and do what is expected out of us. We'll play good cricket, we understand we have to capture some moments, we didn't do that in the previous game which is why we lost. It's absolutely buzzing, the guys are looking forward to the match, we're looking forward to coming out here and playing", Rohit said at the time of the toss.

The Pat Cummins-led side made just one change in their playing XI as Josh Hazlewood returns to the national side after missing the pink-ball Test owing to an injury while Scott Boland has been dropped from the playing XI.
“We would've bowled first too. Been a fantastic series so far. Happy with last week, just about everyone got into the series, been a good lead-up. Preparations have been pretty good. Early finish in Adelaide allowed us to come up here early and get settled,” Pat Cummins said at the time of the toss.
