Most Searched Cricket Matches in 2024 in India: What is the type of content the Indian users consume the most? It's a difficult question to answer since it depends from person to person but search engine Google can answer the world's toughest question. Google, after every year, collects data on what people have searched the most throughout the year and thus shows the top trending searches that the users look for in India.

Near mGoogle has revealed the Year in Search report for 2024 and thus showed of what the Indians searched for the most this year. The report which came out on Tuesday showed searches for all the domains from sports to entertainment and from culture to politics. At the same time, speaking about the most searched cricket matches on Google this year, the India vs England Test series and the 2024 T20 World Cup match between India and Pakistan entered the top 7 list.

Although, the India vs England Test series topped the list of the cricket matches the Indian fans looked for, India vs Bangladesh and India vs Zimbabwe finished at the second and the third position. A few matches from the cash-rich league tournament, the IPL is also a part of this list.

As far as the top trending searches list overall on Google this year is concerned, the IPL and the 2024 T20 World Cup finished at the first and the second position and pipped searches like BJP and the 2024 General Elections. The 2024 Paris Olympics is also a part of this list along with ISL and Pro Kabaddi League.
