IND-W vs SL-W 5th T20I: The host broke multiple records in the 4th T20I against Sri Lanka. They posted a target of 221/2, which was their highest in this format. Shafali and Smriti stitched the highest partnership of 162 runs for the first wicket, where Smriti Mandhana had become just the fourth cricketer to have scored 10000 international runs in this format.

The Harmanpreet Kaur-led side won the match by 30 runs on the back of these records. They are already leading the series by 4-0 and will face Sri Lanka for the fifth match in Thiruvananthapuram on Tuesday.

At the same time, the visitors too had put up a fight as they had scored their highest total of 191 runs while chasing the mammoth target. But they will aim to bounce back and win the last match.
