IPL 2025 HIGHLIGHTS, RCB vs GT: Jos Buttler's 73 Powers Gujarat Titans To 8-Wicket Win Over Royal Challengers Bengaluru

Jos Buttler's scintillating 73 powered Gujarat Titans to a convincing 8-wicket victory over Royal Challengers Bengaluru at M.Chinnaswamy Stadium.

Jos Buttler brings up his fifty as Gujarat Titans edge closer to crossing the finish line, their victory now seemingly within grasp.

The change of ball proves to be a game-changer for Royal Challengers Bengaluru as Sai Sudharsan falls agonizingly short of his third consecutive half-century, dismissed just one run shy of the milestone. GT: 107/2 in 12.3 ov.

Jos Buttler and Sai Sudharsan go crazy and unleash their fury on Krunal Pandya, gathering 17 runs in the 12th over.

Jos Buttler is unleashing his fury on Rasikh Salam, smashing him for 18 runs in a single over, highlighted by two massive sixes and a four, sending the crowd into a frenzy.

In the chase of 170, Gujarat Titans are off to a steady start. Their openers Sai Sudharsan and Shubman Gill are cautious in their approach.

Prasidh Krishna gets Tim David on the last ball of the innings with a seering yorker. Royal Challengers Bengaluru finish on 169 for 8 at the end of 20 overs.

Royal Challengers Bengaluru are heading towards a below par total. Both Liam Livingstone and Tim David should bat till the end to get the total with which they can fight.

RCB is regularly losing wickets. Jitesh Sharma was looking in good touch until he was deceived by Sai Kishore. RCB have lost half their side.

Extra bounce at the Chinnaswamy. This is becoming a daunting task for the RCB batters to survive this spell from GT bowlers. Prasidh, due to his height, is getting extra bounce.

A telling blow to the Royal Challengers Bengaluru. Captain of RCB - Rajat Patidar is back in the hut as the veteran Ishant Sharma picks up his first wicket. It is going downhill for the hosts as the crowd has been stunned. RCB 42/4 (6.2)

Mohammed Siraj has been the star so far in this match. Bowling some incredible deliveries to get rid of two most important top order batters of the side.

OUT!!! Mohammed Siraj is making the batters dance. This time, its Phil Salt, who smashed him for a 105m six on the previous delivery. Liam Livingstone is the new batter in.

Mohammed Siraj is on a absolute roll here at the M Chinnaswamy stadium. He is bowling rockets here against his ex-IPL team. Incredible first three overs for Gujarat Titans.

Gujarat Titans skipper Shubman Gill won the toss and opted to bowl against Royal Challengers Bengaluru in the IPL 2025 match in Bengaluru.

Gujarat Titans and RCB have clashed five times with RCB leading the head-to-head by 3-2. At M Chinnaswamy stadium, each team has a win to their name.

In 2023 Shubman Gill's century overshadowed Virat Kohli's performance in Bengaluru, while in 2024, RCB comfortably dismantled Gujarat's top order, securing adominant victory.

Ace batter Virat Kohli and Englishmen Phil Salt have already showed signs of being in perfect sync with each other while stitching together stands of 95 and 45 in the last two matches and they could be even more dangerous at the Chinnaswamy. Gujarat will require an early wicket or two before RCB, the current table toppers, run away with the match and they will expect Rabada to do the job.

Gujarat Titans fast bowlers Kagiso Rabada and Mohammed Siraj, who migrated to GT from RCB through last years' auction, will be looking to soften Bengaluru's top-order with some early blows so that the spinners can do their job without much pressure.
