The IPL 2026 player retention will be telecast live on the Star Sports network.

The IPL 2026 player retention will be held on Saturday, November 15.

These retentions will give the fans the information they need about how much money each team will need ahead of the mini auctions, for which the date hasn't been revealed yet.
IPL 2026 Auctions: What We Know So Far
The BCCI hasn't revealed the official date for IPL 2026 auction as of now.
But as per PTI, the event will be held on December 15 or 16 in Abu Dhabi.
And if it's true, then it will be the third time that an IPL auction will be held outside India.
