Ranji Trophy Final 2026: The second day of the Ranji Trophy summit clash witnessed a tense scene between Paras Dogra and KV Aneesh, in which the Jammu and Kashmir skipper was seen headbutting the Karnataka fielder in Hubli. The incident happened during the 101st over, when Dogra and Kanhaiya Wadhwan helped the team bounce back after a batting collapse in which both Shubham Pundir and Abdul Samad were dismissed cheaply.

Post edging a ball for a four in Prasidh Krishna's over, Dogra got involved in a heated exchange with Avneesh, who was playing as the substitute fielder. Dogra then walked towards Aneesh, who was standing at a silly point, and tried to knock his helmet off. And that's when the players interfered, and the match officials also tried to control the situation. Mayank Agarwal tried to separate both players as the match progressed after the flashing point.
