SA vs BAN: In Match 23 of the ongoing ODI World Cup 2023 at Mumbai's Wankhede Stadium on Tuesday, South Africa won the toss and chose to bat first against Bangladesh. In the crucial World Cup game netizens had more to celebrate than just the game.

Fans were seen buzzing with reactions on social media to Shoriful Islam's exuberant celebration following Reeza Hendricks' dismissal. Many pointed out the uncanny resemblance of his dance moves to Hrithik Roshan's iconic 'Ek Pal Ka Jeena' dance, sparking a lively discussion on social media.

Shoriful dismissed Reeza by pitching the ball up which nipped back in to breach the batter’s defence. Reeza had previously played a brilliant knock against England, but failed to do the same against Bangladesh, departing after scoring 12 runs.

Aiden Markram has been named the stand-in captain for the South African team in the absence of the regular captain, Temba Bavuma, who is still recovering from an illness. Markram came out for the toss for the second consecutive game. South Africa made one change, with Lizaad Williams replacing Lungi Ngidi, who was sidelined due to a minor injury.

Shakib Al Hasan made his return for Bangladesh. Shakib had suffered a quad tear during the match against New Zealand and, despite his efforts, was unable to play in the India clash in Pune on October 19.
