SL vs AUS 1st ODI Live Streaming: Australia will lock horns with Sri Lanka for a two-match ODI series to prepare for the upcoming Champions Trophy 2025. The series will begin on February 12, Wednesday. Steve Smith will be leading the Australian team from the front, where the hosts will play under the guidance of Charith Asalanka. Australia had also won the two-match Test series under the guidance of Steve Smith's captaincy. Pat Cummins won't be featured in this series as well. The match will be held at the R Premadasa stadium in Colombo.
The hosts are on a 10-match winning streak as they have been quite dominating in the white ball series at home and have won six consecutive matches. Although Australia have been successful in the longest format, beating Sri Lanka in their backyard would be challenging.
Pathum Nissanka, Kusal Mendis, and Charith Asalanka consist of Sri Lanka's top-order batting lineup, whereas Wanindu Hasaranga and Maheesh Theekshana would lead their bowling attack.

On the other hand, the Steve Smith-led side would be entering this series on a high after winning the two-match Test series. They won the second Test match by nine wickets, where both Steve Smith and Alex Carey smashed hundreds. They won the series by an innings and 141 runs.
But Australia will have a hard time as far as their ODI team is concerned. Since both Pat Cummins and Josh Hazlewood have been ruled out due to injuries, Mitchell Starc will be spearheading their bowling lineup along with Nathan Ellis and Sean Abbott. Steve Smith, Travis Head, and Sean Abbott would be leading their batting attack.
