MI vs LSG IPL 2025: Mumbai Indians' star opener Rohit Sharma was involved in a heartwarming conversation with LSG's star batter Abdul Samad, which went viral on social media, where Rohit was seen giving some valuable advice to the youngster before their clash, which would be held in Mumbai on Sunday. It was not the first time that a youngster had spent time with Rohit as SRH opener Abhishek Sharma too was seen having a conversation post the IPL 2025 match between SRH and MI.

Similarly, Ashutosh Sharma too was seen talking to ex-India skipper MS Dhoni while Vipraj Nigam was involved in a conversation with Virat Kohli.

“Hit it either off this leg or off that leg. You know why I’m saying this, it’s because every wicket has a pace. It’s different every day. Today the humidity is more, so there will be moisture," Rohit was heard saying to Samad in a video posted by the Lucknow-based franchise.

“If it’s less humid and more windy, then the pitch is better to bat on. You won’t get that knowledge until the match starts," he added.

Rohit bounced back to form in the ongoing season after a disappointing start as he recently scored 70 and 76 runs during the last two matches.

“Whatever ability you have, whatever talent, whatever technique, some things don’t work without technique, let’s accept that. Tu mere jaisa nahin khel sakta, mein tere jaisa nahin khel sakta (You can’t play like me, I can’t play like you)," he added.

“Tera apna ek talent hai (You have your talent). If I go to copy you or you try to copy me, or if I go to copy his technique or his technique, life will pass by in that time. Most important is what is up here," he concluded.

At the same time, the Hardik Pandya-led side has made a brilliant comeback and is playing consistently in all departments. Players like Rohit Sharma, Suryakumar Yadav, Trent Boult and even captain Hardik Pandya being in sublime form might pose a challenge to the opponents this season.
