Vijay Hazare Trophy 2025: Rohit Sharma's comeback to domestic cricket ended on a disappointing note as he got out for a golden duck against Uttarakhand in the ongoing domestic tournament and left the fans disappointed, too. While playing the last ball of the first over, Rohit tried to play a pull shot but found the fielder, who took the catch in his second attempt.

The whole stadium became silent after Rohit's wicket fell, and he was seen walking back to the pavilion.

Uttarakhand's star fast bowler Devendra Singh Bora took the wicket, who has just begun playing List A cricket. Bora, who played his debut match against Manipur last year, played in his third List A match and performed brilliantly by taking the wicket of Rohit Sharma in the first over itself.

Bora has represented Uttarakhand in 15 first-class cricket matches, where he has taken 30 wickets at an economy of 3.54. Ahead of this match, he had taken 4 wickets after playing in 2 List A matches and still hasn't made his T20 debut. He also performed well in the Uttarakhand Premier League, where he played for Dehradun Dabangs, even though they failed to win the title last year.
