WTC Points Table 2024-25: Bangladesh maintained its domination against Pakistan and is lying in the fourth position after a historic Test series triumph at Rawalpindi. After this win, they registered their first series victory against the Men in Green in the longest format. They had won the series opener and were leading the series by 1-0. After this historic victory, the Bangla Tigers also climbed up the position in the latest WTC rankings.

The Najmul Hossain Shanto-led side is lying in the fourth position and had secured 33 points and 45.83 points percentage (PCT) after winning the second Test match by six wickets. Brilliant performances from Mehidy Hasan Miraz, Hasan Mahmud, Litton Das, and Nashid Rana helped the team win the second Test match.

Litton Das had scored a match-winning knock of 138 runs during the first innings and was also adjudged the Player of the Match award, whereas Miraz had won the Player of the Series award for scoring 155 runs and taking 10 wickets in these two Test matches. Mahmud and Rana took nine wickets amongst them and helped the team skittle the Shan Masood-led out for 172 runs during the second innings.

At the same time, Pakistan has slipped to the eighth position with 16 points and a 19.04 PCT. The Bangla Tigers will now be seen in action in a two-match Test series with the Men in Blue later this month whereas Pakistan will lock horns with England for a three-match Test series next month.
