Delhi Traffic Police issued an advisory on Sunday stating that the ban on heavy transport vehicles will remain in place until 8 pm on Bhati Mines Road, between Chhatarpur Road, Gurgaon Road T-Point, and the Radha Soami Satsang Complex, as devotees from India and abroad continue to arrive for the Radha Soami Satsang Beas Samagam in Bhati Mines, which will run until November 23.

Alternative Routes 

Devotees travelling from Faridabad and Gurugram are advised to reach the Satsang Complex via the Dera Border to avoid inconvenience.

Adequate parking facilities have been arranged inside the Satsang Complex.

Parking on SSN Marg is not permitted.

Signage has been installed along the route to guide visitors.

Residents coming from Faridabad via Dera Mor and Mandi Border are advised to use the Mehrauli-Gurugram Road.

Police have cautioned that multiple banquet halls and farmhouses along the approach routes may lead to additional congestion on Sunday.

Diversion 

According to the advisory, heavy vehicles will be diverted from Mandi Road towards Jonapur Cut and then to Mehrauli-Gurugram Road. Emergency vehicles such as ambulances, fire tenders, and Delhi Police vehicles will be exempt from the restrictions.

Crowd-management measures have been strengthened, and entry for devotees and all categories of vehicles will be permitted only via Bhati Mines Road.

In addition, road re-carpeting work under the Central Vista Project will be carried out on Dara Shikoh Road from 24 to 25 November 2025, between 9:00 PM and 6:00 AM. During this period, traffic will be regulated and diverted. 

Vehicles from Sunehri Bagh Masjid and South Fountain should take the alternate route via Kartavya Path and Dara Shikoh Road, while those heading towards Vijay Chowk should follow Rajaji Marg, Kamaraj Marg, Sunehri Masjid, and then proceed via Moti Lal Nehru Marg or Rafi Marg to reach Kartavya Path.

No vehicle movement or parking will be allowed on the affected stretches, and wrongly parked vehicles will be towed to the Traffic Pit on Mata Sundari Marg. Commuters are advised to plan ahead and use alternate routes to avoid delays. Emergency vehicles will have unrestricted movement and are advised to follow the guidance of traffic personnel on duty.
