Noida Fire: A fire broke out in the middle of the road after an SUV caught flame near the Noida Sector-18 Metro Station on Saturday evening, causing a massive traffic jam. A video of the incident, which occurred in Sector-18, one of Noida's busiest areas, quickly went viral.

Since the incident occurred during peak traffic hours, a crowd of people quickly gathered. However, the fire brigade extinguished the fire as soon as they received information.

According to reports, the bonnet of a moving Scorpio model car caught fire near the Sector 18 Metro Station at around 7 pm. The fire brigade extinguished the fire with the help of a vehicle.

CFO Pradeep Kumar Choubey stated that they received information about a car fire. Upon arriving at the scene, the bonnet of the SUV was found to be on fire. The fire was immediately extinguished by the fire officials. There were no casualties.

Traffic officials rushed to the spot and cleared the jam, after which the vehicular movement became normal.

Fire Breaks Out At Noida Sector 18's Krishna Plaza

Earlier, on November 17, a massive fire broke out at Krishna Plaza in Sector 18, Noida. The fire initially started in the restaurant on the ground floor. The fire then spread through the electrical wiring to the fifth floor.

The fire brigade first entered the restaurant by cutting the shutter. The fire on the restaurant and fifth floor was extinguished by the team using 15 fire tenders in about two and a half hours. There were no casualties reported. The cause of the fire is believed to be a short circuit.

CFO Pradeep Kumar Choubey said the fire was reported at Krishna Plaza at 3:20 am, and the team arrived at the scene. They found a fire in a restaurant on the ground floor and smoke coming from the fifth floor, he added.
