Fulfilling a long-standing demand of the residents of Yamuna Vihar, Ghonda MLA Ajay Mahawar on Friday launched the construction of new back lanes in several blocks of the area. The development work was officially kicked off at a ceremony organised at the DDA Market in C-4 block.
Under this project, three back lanes will be constructed in C-4 block, one in C-7 block, and two in C-8 block. MLA Mahawar stated that the construction is estimated to cost Rs 17.86 lakh and is targeted for completion within the next three to four months. He assured that this work will bring great relief and improve accessibility for the residents.
Furthermore, Mahawar stated that the development of other lanes and the improvement of basic infrastructure in the area will also be taken up on priority. He stressed the importance of public cooperation and participation to accelerate these development projects.

The launch ceremony was attended by several RWA members and local citizens, including District President Dr UK Chaudhary, Mandal President Vipin Kumar, Mukesh Goyal, Harish Sharma, Jitendra Bhadoria, Vijay Chaudhary, Deepak Jain, Nyati Jain, Manoj Parihar, Ajitpal Singh, Manoj Sharma, and Vidyaram Yadav.
