Agniveer Army Recruitment 2026: Ground tests under the Indian Army's Agniveer recruitment drive will begin from August 1 for youth from Kangra and Chamba districts. The Army Recruitment Office, Palampur, has completed all preparations for the recruitment process and released admit cards for candidates on July 21.
Colonel Vishal Shah, Director of the Army Recruitment Office, Palampur, said candidates under Agniveer General Duty (GD), Agniveer Technical, Agniveer Clerk and Storekeeper Technical, Agniveer Tradesman (Class 10 pass), and Agniveer Tradesman (Class 8 pass) categories can download their admit cards from the Indian Army's official website.

Candidates Must Report On Time:
He said the ground tests will be conducted from August 1 onwards at the synthetic track of the Himachal Pradesh Youth Services and Sports Complex in Dharamshala. All candidates must report strictly as per the date and time mentioned on their admit card. Candidates arriving either before or after the scheduled time will not be included in the recruitment process.
Original Documents Mandatory At Venue:
Candidates must carry all their original documents at the recruitment venue, including Aadhaar card, PAN card, admit card, identity proof, and indemnity bond, along with other necessary certificates. If any document is found incomplete, the candidate may be disqualified from the recruitment process.
Ground Test For Clerk, Storekeeper Categories On October 3:
Additionally, ground tests for Agniveer Clerk, Storekeeper Technical, and related categories from Kangra and Chamba districts will be held on October 3 at the synthetic track in Anu, Hamirpur district, giving candidates in these categories a separate scheduled window for their physical tests.
