AIBE 21 Registration 2026: The Bar Council of India will open the registration window from February 11, 2026, for law graduates seeking to obtain the Certificate of Practice (CoP). Candidates must fill in their application form, upload the documents, and pay the fee before April 30, 2026, at allindiabarexamination.com. 

The All India Bar Examination (AIBE) 21 is mandatory for law graduates to qualify to start their legal practice in Indian courts. Those who clear the AIBE exam will receive the CoP certificate from their respective State Bar Councils.

AIBE 21 Registration 2026: Steps To Apply

Once the registration link is active, candidates can follow the given instructions to complete their application form: 

Step 1: Go to the official website at allindiabarexamination.com.

Step 2: Click on the “AIBE 21 Registration” link. 

Step 3: Enter your personal, educational, and enrollment information. 

Step 4: Upload mandatory documents in the prescribed format and size. 

Step 5: Pay the application fee through online payment methods.

Step 6: Submit the form after verifying all details thoroughly. 

Documents Required For AIBE 21 Registration 2026

Candidates preparing to fill out the AIBE registration form must keep the following documents handy. These documents must be uploaded in the prescribed format and size as mentioned by BCI. 

  • Passport-size photograph

  • Scanned signature

  • State Bar Council Enrollment Certificate

  • LLB degree certificate or mark sheets

  • Valid photo ID (such as Aadhaar card, Passport, Voter ID, etc.)

  • Category certificate (if required)

  • Disability certificate (if required)

Who Can Apply For AIBE 21?

Law graduates and final-year LLB students (3-year or 5-year degree) can apply for the AIBE 21 examinations. As per the BCI’s notification, there is no age barrier for the exam. Those meeting the basic educational requirements can sit for the AIBE 21 examinations. Enrollment with a State Bar Council may be required as specified in the official notification.
