AISSEE 2024: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has started the registration process for the All India Sainik School Entrance Examination (AISSEE 2024). The last date to apply will be December 16 (5 pm). Students who are interested in admission to class 6 and class 9 at 33 Sainik Schools across the country can apply online at exams.nta.ac.in.
According to the schedule, the AISSEE registration window was activated on Tuesday, November 7, and will remain active till December 16 (5 pm). The All India Sainik Schools Entrance Exam (AISSEE) will be held on January 21, 2024.
To initiate the application process, candidates must register by providing their personal details, which include their names, dates of birth, and contact details (comprising addresses, mobile phone numbers, and email IDs).
For admission to Class 6, applicants should fall within the age range of 10 to 12 years as of March 31, 2024. Students must note that admission for girls is only available for class 6 in all Sainik Schools, as stated by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
For admission to Class 9, candidates should be between the ages of 13 and 15 as of March 31, 2024, and they must have completed class 8. Admission for girls into Class 9 is contingent upon the availability of vacancies.
The application fee for the All India Sainik School Entrance Examination (AISSEE) differs for various categories of candidates. General, OBC (NCL), and wards of defense personnel and ex-servicemen are required to pay an application fee of Rs 650. On the other hand, candidates belonging to the SC and ST categories will have to pay an application fee of Rs 500.

Step 1: Go to the official website-- exams.nta.ac.in/AISSEE/
Step 2: Students have to create an account and register
Step 3: Now login again with the system-generated AISSEE 2024 Registration ID
Step 4: Candidates have to fill in the required details and upload the required documents as specified in the notification
Step 5: Pay the application fee and click on the submit button
Note: Download the Sainik school entrance exam registration from the confirmation page and take a printout for future reference.
