To be eligible for AP TET, candidates need to achieve a minimum of 60 percent. However, for candidates in the BC category, the requirement is 50 percent or above. SC, ST, differently abled, and ex-servicemen category candidates need to secure 40 percent or above marks to qualify.

The AP TET 2024 certificate will be issued following the announcement of the AP TET results 2024. The certificate will include the following details:

- Registration number year or month of award of certificate

- Marks obtained in each paper

- Class level of validity of certificate

- Subject area in case of Classes 6 to 8

To pass the AP TET 2024 exam, candidates from the backward category require a score 50%, while candidates from Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, differently abled, and ex-servicemen need to score 40%.

- Graduation with at least 50% marks and one year of BEd (special education).

- Post-graduate degree with at least 55% or comparable grade point average and a three-year integrated BEd-MEd program.
