APPSC Recruitment 2023: The Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) has begun the recruiting process for several category II services. Interested and eligible applicants could apply for the APPSC recruitment 2023 at the official website of APPSC at psc.ap.gov.in.
The APPSC recruiting 2023 registration deadline is January 10, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. According to the official announcement, the APPSC intends to fill a total of 897 vacancies through this recruitment drive. Among the 897 vacancies, 331 are for executive posts and 566 are for non-executive roles.
APPSC Recruitment 2023: Selection process
Candidates will be required to take an objective-type examination in OMR format as part of the screening process. Candidates who pass the screening exam will be qualified to take the main exam, which is computer-based.
The screening test will be worth 150 points. The paper will be divided into two sections: general studies and mental abilities. The general studies component is worth 120 points, while the mental abilities section is worth 30 points.

The main test will be broken into two sections: Paper 1 and Paper 2. Each paper is worth 150 points and is divided into two portions.
To familiarize oneself with the computer-based test, candidates can take a sample test available on the commission's website.
APPSC Recruitment 2023: Application fees
Candidates registering for APPSC recruitment 2023 must pay an application cost of Rs 250 as well as an examination fee of Rs 80. Candidates from the Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Backward Class (BC), Physically Handicapped (PH), and Ex-servicemen groups, on the other hand, are excused from paying the examination fee.
The official notice reads, "It is noticed that some of the candidates are requesting for change in the data, after submission of the application. It is informed that such requests shall be allowed on payment of Rs.100/- for each correction. However, changes are not allowed for Name, Fee and age relaxation. No manual application for corrections shall be entertained."
