Samagra Shiksha Assam Recruitment: Ranoj Pegu, Cabinet Minister for Higher Education and School Education in the state of Assam, took to Platform X to share an important notice for Central Teaching Eligibility Test (CTET) pass candidates. He stated that Samagra Shiksha Assam has published a list of CTET-qualified candidates shortlisted for engagement as assistant teachers.

Candidates will need to have their documents verified as a next step. This should be done between October 29, 2025 and November 1st at the State Mission Office, SSA, Kahilipara.

Shortlisted CTET Candidates List Published:

The post on platform X reads, "In compliance with Hon’ble Gauhati High Court’s direction, Samagra Shiksha Assam has published the list of shortlisted CTET-qualified candidates for engagement as Assistant Teachers (Contractual) in Lower & Upper Primary Schools. Document Verification: 29th Oct – 1st Nov, 2025. Venue: State Mission Office, SSA, Kahilipara. Check list, group & schedule: https://ssa.assam.gov.in@Samagra_Assam"

High Court Order Leads to Document Verification Schedule:

Official notice reads, "In compliance to the direction of the Hon'ble Gauhati High Court's Order dated 19.07.2021 passed in WA No.69/2021, Order dated 12.02.2021 passed in I.A.(Civil)/258/2021 and Order dated 19.05.2025 passed in WP(C)/6331/ 2022, regarding the CTET qualified candidates who were writ petitioners before the Hon'ble High Court against the advertisement No.SSA/TT/ Engagement of AT/328/2020/2609, dated 24/09/2020 and in continuation of the Notice vide No.704442/1428505, dated 24-09-2025 for filling up the posts of Assistant Teacher (Contractual) for Lower Primary School and Assistant Teacher (Contractual-Social Science and Maths & Science) for Upper Primary School, the list of shortlisted applicants for physical verification of original documents/certificates are hereby requested to attend the State Mission Office, Samagra Shiksha, Kahilipara for verification of their original documents/ certificates as per the list/group/ date & time mentioned in the official website of Samagra Shiksha, Assam i.e. https://ssa.assam.gov.in."

Candidates Must Carry Original and Photocopies

Official Notice further mentions that candidates will have to bring one set of photocopies of documents/certificates for submission to the verification committee. The verification process will be held as per the name and group mentioned in the above website. No separate communication will be entertained.
