Bihar Board Exams 2024: The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has announced exam-day guidelines for the BSEB Class 10 and 12 board examinations in 2024. The board today held a review meeting with the nodal authorities of each district to discuss the Bihar board examinations 2024.

During the meeting, the additional chief secretary asked all district education officers to finish different infrastructure projects at all test centres across the state before the start of the BSEB Intermediate exam 2024 on February 1, 2024, among other orders.

Bihar Board Exams 2024: BSEB 10th, 12th exam-day instructions

BSEB chairman Anand Kishore issued the following directions for the exam:

- In any event, the applicant must enter the test hall 30 minutes before the start of the examination. Candidates who arrive late will not be permitted to take the examination under any circumstances. Candidates for the first shift should arrive 30 minutes before the start time of the test, which is 9 a.m., and candidates for the second shift should arrive 30 minutes before 2 p.m. Entry into the examination hall will be permitted only before 1:30 p.m. Candidates that arrive late will not be permitted to enter the examination hall.

- Frisking at two levels: It will be assured that when applicants enter the test centre, frisking will take place at the gate, with the magistrate and police force stationed at the centre. At the second level, the invigilator will conduct a frisking in the test hall before declaring that he has searched all 25 applicants and discovered no cheat sheets or electronic gadgets with them.

- One invigilator will be deputed for every 25 applicants in each class. An adequate number of inspectors should be deputed.

- Invigilators and other examination hall workers will not bring any additional papers or mobile phones to the test centre other than those necessary for the examination. In addition, no invigilator or other workers, including applicants, may use a Bluetooth, pager, smartwatch, magnetic watch, or electronic watch.

- All examination centres must have CCTV cameras installed and videography preparations established by the committee's standards.

- All nodal officials will undertake surprise inspections of various test centres in their districts and monitor them using the committee's checklist. Furthermore, any type of information will be quickly communicated to the committee.

- To ensure the success of tests, the committee has organized a WhatsApp group of nodal officers, district education officers, and district officers to communicate information promptly.
