Bihar Top Ministers Education Qualification: A new government has been formed in Bihar. JDU leader Nitish Kumar has been sworn in as Chief Minister for the 10th time. Several MLAs took oaths of office alongside him. Nitish Kumar himself is an engineering graduate, and his Deputy CM was also an engineer.

Samrat Choudhary and Vijay Kumar Sinha of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) took oath as Deputy Chief Ministers of the state. The swearing-in ceremony was attended by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, BJP national president JP Nadda, along with other senior NDA leaders. Bihar Top Ministers And Their Educational Qualification:

Bihar CM Nitish Kumar (JDU):

Nitish Kumar attended local schools in Bakhtiyarpur. In 1972, he earned a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Bihar Engineering College, now known as NIT Patna. During his college days, he participated in technical clubs and projects.

Deputy CM Vijay Sinha (BJP): Vijay Kumar Sinha is also a civil engineer

Vijay Kumar Sinha, one of Nitish Kumar's deputy CMs, is also an engineer. He holds a diploma in civil engineering from the Government Polytechnic College in Begusarai. Vijay Sinha has been associated with the RSS since childhood. He participated in BJP events at the age of 13. At 15, he became the secretary of the Durga Puja Committee.

While studying at AN College, he became active in student politics with the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad in 1983. Subsequently, Vijay Sinha became the president of the Government Polytechnic Muzaffarpur Students' Union in 1985.

In 1990, Vijay Sinha was appointed vice-president of the Rajendra Nagar Mandal Patna Metropolitan BJP. In 2000, Vijay Sinha became the BJP's state organization in-charge. He was then appointed state secretary of the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha Bihar in 2002. He later became an MLA and is now the deputy CM for the second time.

Deputy CM Samarat Chaudhary (BJP): 

The second Deputy CM, Samrat Chaudhary, mentioned a Doctor of Literature (D.Litt.) degree from Madurai Kamaraj University in his affidavit, although Prashant Kishore raised questions about his degree during the election. He too has become Bihar's Deputy CM for the second consecutive term. Samrat Chaudhary won the Tarapur seat in Munger. Born on November 16, 1968, in Lakhanpur village in Munger district, he belongs to the Koeri caste.

Samrat Chaudhary's family has been a center of Bihar politics for decades. His father, Shakuni Chaudhary, was a seven-time MLA and later a Member of Parliament. His mother, Parvati Devi, was the MLA from Tarapur in 1995.

Vijay Kumar Chaudhary (JDU):

Vijay Chaudhary, who became a minister in the Nitish Kumar government, holds an M.A. degree. Before this election, Vijay Chaudhary had been a member of the Bihar Legislative Assembly six times. He also served as the Speaker of the Bihar Legislative Assembly.

He has also served as Minister for several important departments, including Water Resources, Finance, Education, Information and Public Relations, and Rural Development.

He was the State Water Resources Minister in the previous Nitish Kumar government. His father, Jagdish Prasad Chaudhary, was also a senior Congress leader and MLA. Vijay Chaudhary entered politics after his father's death in 1982. At the time, he worked as a PO at the State Bank of India. He left this job to join politics. Vijay Chaudhary worked as a PO at SBI for two years.

Prem Kumar (BJP) and Shravan Kumar (JDU):

Dr. Prem Kumar Holds a PhD in History, a Master of Arts (MA), and a Bachelor of Legislative Law (LLB), all from Magadh University. He has served as an MLA for the Gaya Town constituency for eight consecutive terms and has held several ministerial positions in the Bihar Government, including Minister for Agriculture.

Sunil Kumar, Former IPS Officer (JDU):

Sunil Kumar is once again included in the Nitish Kumar cabinet. He holds an MA in History and studied at St. Stephen's College, Delhi. Before entering politics, Sunil Kumar was a Bihar cadre IPS officer. He was a 1984 batch IPS officer. He later left his job and entered politics.

He won the Bhore assembly seat in Bihar. He served as the Education Minister in the previous government. This time too, he has been given a place in the Nitish Kumar cabinet.

Nitin Naveen (BJP):

Nitin Naveen (BJP) holds an Intermediate (12th Pass) education qualification. He completed his 12th grade from C.S.K.M. Public School, New Delhi, under the CBSE board in 1998.

Lecy Singh (JDU):

Lecy Singh completed her education up to the 12th standard (Intermediate). She is an Indian politician and a Member of the Bihar Legislative Assembly, currently serving as the Minister of Food & Consumer Protection in the Government of Bihar.

Shreyasi Singh (BJP): 

Shreyasi Singh earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hansraj College, Delhi University, and an MBA from Manav Rachna International University in Faridabad. 

Dilip Kumar Jaiswal (BJP):

Dilip Jaiswal, BJP Bihar State President, possesses extensive academic qualifications: M.Sc., MBA from Magadh University (1985-1987), Ph.D. from B.N.M. University (1996-1998), and M.Phil. He also serves as Managing Director of Mata Gujri Memorial Medical College in Kishanganj, which is affiliated with Mata Gujri University.

Mangal Pandey: (BJP)

Mangal Pandey, the Indian politician belonging to the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree.

His educational journey includes:

Secondary Education: Completed in Maharajgunj, Siwan, in 1987.

Higher Secondary Education: Completed in Science from Devi Dayal High School.
Graduation: Earned a B.A. from Magadh University.

Santosh Kumar Suman: 

Santosh Kumar Suman, an Indian politician and current minister in the Government of Bihar, holds the following educational qualifications:

Before entering politics, Santosh Kumar Suman's academic focus was evident through dedicated studies, which culminated in a doctorate (Ph.D.) in Political Science from Magadh University, Bodh Gaya, in 2003. Subsequently, a postgraduate degree (M.A.) in Political Science from Delhi University and successful passage of the UGC NET in 2000/2001 demonstrate his commitment to higher education and qualifications for university teaching.

His basic education includes a bachelor's degree (1998) from Delhi University and a matriculation (1992) from the Bihar School Examination Board. The depth of his academic pursuits led him to an earlier career as a professor, demonstrating his strong scholarly background and engagement in the field of political science before entering public life.
