BPSC 67th Final Results 2023: The results of the 67th Combined Competitive Exam (CCE) have been released by the Bihar Public Service Commission for the year 2023. Out of the 2,104 students who passed the BPSC 67th Mains exam in 2023, 2,090 candidates showed up for the personal interview. The official website, bpsc.bih.nic.in, has the BPSC 67th results for those who qualified and participated in the final round. The exam was won by Aman Anand.
The commission stated that the total marks received in both the interview and the BPSC 67th mains exam were added to create the combined merit list of the candidates who attended the interview. Out of the 802 positions the commission announced, 799 individuals have been chosen for further consideration. Six female applicants secured a spot in the top 10, according to the BPSC 67th toppers list.
BPSC 67th Final Results 2023: Tie-breaking method
If two or more candidates receive identical marks on the combined merit list, the BPSC has developed a tie-breaking criterion.
- The applicant with the highest score in the primary (written) exam.
- The candidate with higher marks in the optional (elective) subject will be taken into consideration if the written exam scores are tied.
- If the marks in an optional topic are equal, the candidate who is older based on their birthdate will win.
- Candidates whose names appear first in Devanagari script alphabetically have been ranked higher in the merit order if they have the same birthdate.
