Despite the slight change in participation, the overall trend shows an increasing number of students taking the matriculation exam.

The top three rank holders in the BSEB Class 10 exam last year were Shivankar Kumar, who secured the first rank with 489 marks, followed by Adarsha Kumar in second place with 488 marks.
