Putin India Visit Live Updates: Russian President Vladimir Putin arrived in New Delhi on Thursday for the 23rd India–Russia Annual Summit, marking a crucial diplomatic engagement at a time when the global strategic landscape is shifting rapidly. Putin landed at Air Force Station Palam around 6:30 pm and proceeded straight to his hotel after a brief, restricted photo session.
Putin’s official programme begins this morning with a ceremonial reception at Rashtrapati Bhavan at 11 am. He will then lay a wreath at Rajghat to pay tribute to Mahatma Gandhi.
The key bilateral talks with Prime Minister Narendra Modi are scheduled for 11:50 am at Hyderabad House.
