CAT 2024 Notification: The CAT 2024 notice is anticipated to be made public on July 30 or 31 on the official CAT website, iimcat.ac.in, by the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Calcutta. The official CAT notification 2024 will include a brief description of the eligibility requirements, start and end dates of the CAT exam registration, fee, paper pattern, CAT exam subjects, and other details. The registration window is anticipated to commence in the first week of August 2024, following the announcement of CAT 2024.
The official CAT notice was given by the IIM Lucknow on July 30 of the previous year, 2023. It is anticipated that the Common Admission Test (CAT 2024) will take place on November 24, the last Sunday of that month. For PGDM and MBA admission to IIMs and other prestigious B schools, the countrywide Computer-Based Admission Test (CAT) is administered.

The total number of cities where the exam will be conducted and the CAT exam fee for applicants from different categories are two other significant elements in the CAT notification. The official CAT website's URL will be included in the CAT 2024 announcement.

CAT exam 2024: What will be the expected changes in the exam?
It is anticipated that the CAT registration costs will rise, going from Rs 1,200 to Rs 1,250 for SC/ST applicants and from Rs 2,400 to Rs 2,500 for general applicants.
CAT 2024 Notification: Eligibility criteria
The eligibility points for the CAT exam shown below are based on the announcement from the prior year.
* Candidates for CAT 2024 must have completed a bachelor's degree in any field from an accredited university with a minimum of 50% overall (45% for SC/ST/PwD candidates).
* There is no upper age limit.
* Work experience is not required to complete the CAT application form 2024.
CAT Exam 2024: Expectd exam pattern
Information about the paper layout, the parts that will be used to create the question paper, and the marking system will all be included in the notification for the CAT exam. The predicted CAT test pattern, which was developed using data from the previous year's exam, is shown in the table below.
