CBSE Board Exams 2024: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has issued a notification concerning the submission of LOC (List of Candidates) for CBSE board exams 2024. According to the notice, the board has made it clear that there will be no extension of the deadline for providing correct information during the submission of LOC for CBSE board exams 2024. Candidates can check the details at cbse.gov.in.
"Staff engaged for filling up of details should also be made aware of all the guidelines which are laid down in the said circular to avoid mistakes. Parents may also be briefed about the importance of correct data and the consequences if the wrong data is submitted," the official notification reads.
It's crucial to provide accurate student data to avoid problems later. Schools should submit data on time and make sure it's correct. Candidates must note that after submitting the data, we can't make changes and there won't be a chance to correct it later.
The deadline for submitting the CBSE LOC form without a late fee will be September 18, 2023. Meanwhile, the deadline to apply by paying late fees will be September 19, 2023. The process for submitting the LOC will be conducted through the e-pariksha link provided on the CBSE website at cbse.gov.in.
Once the LOC is submitted, the Board will not entertain any requests for subject changes, admissions in classes 10 and 12 (except for transfer cases), or concessions for CWSN. When uploading data, schools must pay extra attention to ensure the accuracy of the following details such as the spelling of the student's, mother's, or guardian's name should be correct and match the records in the school's admission and withdrawal register.
