CBSE Board Exams 2026 Details:
The first board examination will be conducted by the CBSE from February 17, 2025, while the second board exam attempt is set to take place in May 2026. The declaration was made by the chairperson of the CBSE Rahul Singh during a live webinar on two-board exam scheme.

These alternative board exams will help these students to save their academic year and reduce pressure. Besides these, those students who want to improve their scores can also appear for the second board examination. The CBSE said that only those students who have appeared for more than three subjects in the first attempt will be eligible for the second attempt.
