CBSE 12 Re-Evaluation Results 2026 Out: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has begun releasing the outcomes of Class 12 verification of marks and re-evaluation requests. According to the board, more than 87 per cent of the applications received have been processed and declared in the first phase, while the remaining results will be published shortly.

Students who applied for verification and re-evaluation can check their updated status through the DigiLocker results portal using their Roll Number, Admit Card ID, School Number and Mother's Name. The board said the entire process is being conducted through a transparent and carefully monitored mechanism to ensure fairness and accuracy.

CBSE, in a message addressed to students, said the results are being released in a phased manner and advised candidates not to rely on rumours or unverified social media posts. It reiterated that official communications and CBSE offices would remain available to provide assistance and guidance to students.

More Than 1.6 Lakh Students Applied for Re-Evaluation

The latest development comes after CBSE implemented a revised post-result system that first allowed students to access scanned copies of their evaluated answer sheets. Following the review of answer books, more than 1.6 lakh students submitted requests for verification and re-evaluation during the window held from June 2 to June 7.

Earlier, students had sought scanned copies of over 11.31 lakh answer books through more than 4.04 lakh applications. However, only around 3.8 lakh answer books were ultimately taken forward for verification and re-evaluation after candidates examined their scripts.

Results Being Released in Phases

CBSE said over 87 per cent of the applications have already been declared and the outcomes of the remaining requests will be released in phases. The board assured students that every application has been processed through a robust and transparent system to maintain accuracy and fairness.
