CBSE Practical Exams Payments: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has introduced an Integrated Payment System (IPS) to streamline the disbursement of remuneration and other expenses related to Class 12 practical examinations.

For the academic year 2024-25, all payments for practical examinations will now be processed through the IPS platform.

CBSE Directive For Data Entry:

CBSE has instructed schools to check the IPS portal immediately and complete the required data entry.

"All Schools are requested to check the IPS portal and complete the required data entry as soon as possible. It may be ensured that the bank account details of exam functionaries are entered accurately. Principals must personally review the data before finalising it on the IPS portal and ensure that no data of any examiner/observer is left unfilled," an official notice by CBSE stated.

Accuracy of Bank Details Mandatory:

Additionally, the national education board has instructed that bank account details of all exam functionaries be entered with complete accuracy. Principals are required to personally verify the information before finalising it on the IPS portal, ensuring that no details of any examiner or observer remain incomplete.

Responsibility For Errors Explained:

CBSE has also warned that any error in entering the bank account details of examination officials may result in the payment going to the wrong person's account. In such a case, the responsibility will lie with the principals of the concerned school and the wrongly paid amount will be recovered from them.
