Chandrayaan-3: State-operated schools in Uttar Pradesh and Haryana are gearing up to host live streaming of Chandrayaan 3's lunar activities. As a special arrangement, these schools will open today, August 23, allowing students to witness the live stream for an hour during the evening. Schools will be open from 5:15 pm to 6:15 pm.

The government schools in Haryana and Uttar Pradesh will inaugurate their first-ever evening session today, August 23. This special occasion will involve showcasing the live landing of Chandrayaan 3 to the students. Directives have been issued by the respective state governments to all educational institutions.

The Chandrayaan 3-moon landing procedure is set to be broadcasted on the ISRO website, YouTube Channel, and DD National on August 23, starting at 5:27 pm. This announcement was made by the Ministry of Education. In accordance with this, all schools and educational institutions have received instructions to arrange special gatherings from 5:15 pm to 6:15 pm.

"It will be a great achievement for us if we successfully land on the moon. We will become the second country to make a soft landing...We have learnt a lot from Chandrayaan 2...We have made changes in our communication, propulsion & in the legs...Russia's failure just shows how difficult it is to land on the moon," says CEO & chief educator, Rocketeers Research Institute, Divyanshu Poddar as quoted by news agency ANI.

Students in Jammu organised an exhibition and sang songs for the successful landing of Chandrayaan-3.
