CSIR UGC NET December 2025: The National Testing Agency has extended the application deadline for the CSIR UGC NET December 2025 examination on their official website. Earlier the registration deadline was October 24, 2025 but now it is extended to October 27, 2025. Interested and eligible candidates have the last opportunity to apply for the CSIR NET December 2025 Examination by visiting the website.
CSIR UGC NET December 2025: Exam Details
The CSIR-UGC NET December 2025 examination will be conducted by the National Testing Agency on December 18, 2025 in pen and paper format. The test will be conducted in two different sessions: the first examination shift will take place from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon, whereas the second examination shift will be conducted from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
CSIR UGC NET December 2025: Correction Window
Those candidates who are appearing for the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) University Grants Commission (UGC) National Eligibility Test (NET) will have the last opportunity to submit their applications on the official website at csirnet.nta.nic.in.

CSIR UGC NET December 2025: Steps to register
Step 1. Students must visit the official website at csirnet.nta.ac.in to apply.
Step 2. There will be a link for the ‘Registration for Joint CSIR UGC-NET 2025’ on the homepage.
Step 3. A new page will open on the screen where students have to complete the registration process by providing the necessary details.
Step 4. Log in using your application number and password and fill the CSIR NET application form, pay the online fee.
Step 5. Submit the application form and download or print a copy for future reference.
