Joint CSIR-UGC NET December 2026: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has commenced the online application for the Joint CSIR- UGC NET December 2026 examination. Aspirants who meet eligibility criteria for the exam can now access the application form from the official site csirnet.nta.nic.in. The registration procedure for the exam started on October 7, 2026, and it will last till November 5, 2026 (11:50 PM).

In addition to the early fee application period, candidates have the option of submitting applications during the late fee application period. The late fee application period will take place between the 6th and 9th of November 2026. During this timeframe, candidates will have to pay a late fee of Rs 500 for submitting applications. The Joint CSIR-UGC NET exam is held to evaluate candidates for the Junior Research Fellowship, the appointment of Assistant Professors, and admission to the doctoral program.
