CSIR UGC NET 2025 Registration Begin: The registration process for the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research-University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test 2025 June examination that will take place in online mode. The students can register themselves online via the official website – csirnet.nta.ac.in.

CSIR UGC NET 2025 Registration Process: Exam Dates and Key Instructions

According to a notification released by the National Testing Agency (NTA) the application process commenced on June 3, 2025, and the last date to submit the registration form is June 23, 2025 at around (11:59 PM). The CSIR UGC NET 2025 examination will be conducted in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode on July 26, 27, and 28, 2025. This exam is for those candidates who are aiming for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF), Lectureship (LS), Assistant Professor positions, and PhD admissions can now apply online at the website.

Steps to register for the CSIR UGC NST 2025 Exam online:

Step 1: The eligible students have to visit the Official Website: csirnet.nta.ac.in to apply for the CSIR UGC NE 2025.

Step 2: There will be a link for "New Registration" on the homepage where students have to fill in basic details.

Step 3:The students have to enter their personal, academic, and exam-related details in the designated fields.

Step 4: Then, students have to upload a recent passport-size photograph (10–200 KB, JPG/JPEG) and signature (4–30 KB, JPG/JPEG).

Step 5: Submit to proceed and choose the preferred online payment method.

Step 6: Do not forget to save the final submission page for future reference.

For the General category, the fee amount is 1150.

For the General EWS/ OBC-NCL (Central List), the fee amount is 600.

For the ST/ST/PwD and Third Gender, the fee amount is 325.

CSIR UGC NET 2025 Registration: Important Points

1. Only one application per candidate is allowed. Multiple submissions will lead to rejection or disqualification of the candidate.

2. The correction window to register for the CSIR UGC NET 2025 will be open from June 25 to 26, 2025 for minor edits.

3. The admit cards for the CSIR UGC NET 2025 will be expected to be released in July 2025 (exact date to be announced).
