CUET UG Results Date: University Grants Commission (UGC) Chairman M Jagadesh Kumar stated on Wednesday that the date for the declaration of results for the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) UG will be announced soon.

"NTA is working on CUET results and will announce a date soon," the UGC chairman said, as reported by news agency PTI.

The results for the crucial test, which serves as a gateway for admission to undergraduate courses, were initially scheduled to be announced by June 30. However, there has been no update from the National Testing Agency (NTA) yet. This delay in the announcement of CUET results is likely to impact the academic calendar of the universities.

The delay in results comes amid a heated controversy over alleged irregularities in competitive exams, including NEET and NET.

The NTA previously announced that the third edition of the CUET-UG would be completed in seven days without score normalisation, as all exams would be conducted in a single shift. For 15 subjects, the tests were conducted in pen-paper mode, while for the other 48 subjects, the exams were held in computer-based mode. This year, over 13.4 lakh candidates registered for the common entrance test for admission to undergraduate courses in 261 central, state, deemed, and private universities.

The CUET UG examination was held in a hybrid mode (online and pen and paper) on May 15, 16, 17, 18, 21, 22, 24 and 29, 2024. Now, candidates are eagerly waiting for the answer key and result.

Candidates participating in the CUET UG 2024 answer key challenge must pay a nonrefundable fee of Rs 200 for each response challenged. This fee must be paid during the specified challenge window.
