EMRS Recruitment 2023: Probation Period

According to the notification, all direct recruits are required to undergo a probationary period upon their initial appointment. The probation period lasts for 2 years starting from the date of appointment. However, it is important to note that the probation period can be extended by an additional 2 years if deemed necessary. Following the completion of the probationary period, the appointing authority will assess the performance of the individual. If satisfied with the performance, the appointing authority may confirm the appointment of the individual.
