GATE 2024: The Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bangalore has opened the window for the GATE 2024 mock test. From the mock test, candidates will be able to know the exam process and will familiarise themselves with the GATE 2024 examination. The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2023 will be held between February 3 and 11, 2024. Candidates can take the GATE 2024 mock test at gate2024.iisc.ac.in.

“The Mock Test links are provided to help GATE 2024 candidates familiarise themselves with the look and feel of the GATE 2024 computer-based test,” reads the official website.

In order to take the GATE 2024 mock test candidates will have to click on the subject link and log in with their credentials details such as login ID and password. The GATE 2024 mock tests will assist applicants in their preparation for the entrance exam. Candidates must note that the mock test answers will not be assessed and the scorecard will not be published for the mock test.

GATE will be held this year for one new paper - Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, or DA. GATE 2024 has now 30 subjects in total.

The governing body further advised applicants to refer to the GATE 2024 syllabus for more information on the papers. “The mock test is not an indication of the topics from which the questions will appear in the GATE 2024 exam. The relative number of MCQ, MSQ, and NAT questions in the GATE 2024 exam may be different from that in the Mock Test,” reads further.

GATE 2024 Mock Test: Here's How To Appear For Mock Test

Step 1: Go to the official website-- gate2024.iisc.ac.in.
Step 2: Click on the link GATE 2024 Mock Test on the portal
Step 3: Now click on the subject link in which candidates want to take the taste
Step 4: Enter the credentials details such as user ID and password
Step 5: Now attempt the mock test within the given period.
