GATE 2024 Response Sheet: The response sheet for GATE 2024 has been made available by the Indian Institute of Science (IISc Bangalore). On the official website of GATE at gate2024.iisc.ac.in, students who took the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE 2024) can obtain the response sheet. The GATE 2024 answer key will be made available by IISc Bangalore on February 21.
The alternatives that the applicants have highlighted will be included in the GATE 2024 answer sheet. The response sheet and answer key will allow students to determine their GATE 2024 score. Multiple choice questions (MCQs), multiple select questions (MSQs), and numerical answer type (NAT) questions were the three question kinds that students were required to try. Each question will get a mark of one or two.
GATE 2024: Marking Scheme
Marks will be given to students based on the following standards:
MCQs: One mark is awarded for each right answer, and one-third of a mark is subtracted for each incorrect answer.
MCQs: Two marks are awarded for each right answer, and three marks are subtracted for each wrong answer.
- Questions on the NAT and MSQ will not be penalized.
Thirty papers from the GATE 2024 test were administered on February 3, 4, 10, and 11. Admission to postgraduate programs at Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) and IISc Bangalore is through this exam. On exam days, the test was administered in two sessions: an afternoon session from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm and a morning session from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm.
Exam data indicates that while students judged the Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) test to be more challenging than the previous year, they found the Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) examination to be moderate to extremely difficult. The paper on Electrical Engineering (EE) was somewhat long, yet it was quite simple.
