GATE 2024 result: The Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore has issued the results of the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE 2024). Candidates who took the aptitude test can check and download the GATE 2024 result at gate2024.iisc.ac.in.

In order to check the GATE 2024 result candidates will have to enter the login credentials such as enrollment ID/email ID and password.

The GATE 2024 scorecards are scheduled to be released by the institute on March 23. Eligible candidates can access their GATE 2024 scorecards via the official website, gate2024.iisc.ac.in. The download of scorecards will be free of charge till May 31. Candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs 500 for downloading scorecards after this date. This service will be available until December 31. The validity of the GATE 2024 scorecard extends for three years from the date of the result declaration. Exam authorities employ a normalisation method for GATE scores.

This year, the institute introduced a new paper for GATE, focusing on Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (DA), bringing the total number of papers to 30. Response sheets became accessible on February 15, followed by the publication of answer keys and question papers on February 19. Candidates were given the chance to raise objections regarding the answer keys from February 22 to 25. The master question paper and the final answer keys were issued on March 15.

Eligible candidates are now able to apply for the counseling process to pursue higher education. However, the institute has not yet announced the commencement dates for registration. Candidates are advised to regularly check the official website for the latest updates. The counseling process will consist of two main components: the Common Offer Acceptance Portal (COAP) and Centralised Counselling for MTech.
